How long do the nails last?
With adhesive tabs: 5–7 days.
With nail glue: 3-4 weeks depending on application and daily activities.
All sets are reusable when removed properly and handled with care.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes. We love creating custom sets. Send us your ideas or inspiration photos and we’ll confirm feasibility and pricing before production.
What’s included in my order?
Each set includes:

We use high-quality, non-toxic materials and gel products cured under UV/LED light for durability and safety.
How long will it take to ship my order?
All sets are handmade and made-to-order.
Production time: 7–10 days (including weekends and holidays)
U.S. shipping: 10–12 business days after dispatch
International shipping: 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs
Tracking will be provided once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started and changes cannot be guaranteed.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our nails, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure your size is correct before ordering. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
